Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Living - 8 week group
Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Living: Wednesdays 6-7 pm is an eight-week series based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), designed for people who are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen their current practice. As a clinical intern, Rowan will lead the group with a trauma-informed, accessible approach. Sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $5–$20, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
