Groups and Events
Join us for an afternoon of community, care, and connection! Each gathering offers rotating healing and bodywork—a space to stretch, meditate, listen to music, and just be. We also have a spot for verbal processing and somatic release if you want to share. This is potluck-style, but bringing something is totally optional. Come as you are and be part of our community!
Living with an autoimmune condition? Chronic pain or long COVID? Experiencing limited abilities due to an illness?
You’re not alone. Chronic Illness Support is an open, ongoing group offering a compassionate space to connect with others navigating similar challenges.
This group centers your lived experience—whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing symptoms for years.
Drop in when you’re able. Rest when you need to. Come as you are.
Partners in Transition is a group providing support for couples experiencing a gender transition within a committed relationship. Our group provides support to strengthen the relationship with an emphasis on transitions experienced by the couple as well as the non-transitioning partner. Much of what we struggle with during gender transitions are common experiences among us.
This group is designed to address some of the challenges of parenting, especially for parents trying to parent differently than they were raised. By focusing on positive reinforcement and behavior modification, this group will equip parents with the confidence to enforce boundaries in a positive manner that helps children thrive.
Grief Journey is a monthly grief support meeting open to all adults. We will use a loosely guided discussion format exploring all of the ways in which we are impacted by grief, loss and change. Join us for a combination of small and large group discussion, expressive arts, and meditations as we explore what life becomes after loss.
Open Relating is a group providing support for people who are navigating open, consensually non monogamous relationship structures. Our group provides support to strengthen relationships, and navigate the challenges that can arise within multiple relationships. Welcome to all.
Are you someone living with OCD? Consider joining a welcoming space for connection and understanding. Together, we’ll reflect on your OCD journey while building practical, evidence-based tools for everyday challenges. This group offers both meaningful support and skill-building to help you move forward with confidence.
