Chronic Illness Support Group

Living with an autoimmune condition? Chronic pain or long COVID? Experiencing limited abilities due to an illness?

You’re not alone. Chronic Illness Support is an open, ongoing group offering a compassionate space to connect with others navigating similar challenges. Together, we explore and process the emotional, physical, and relational impacts of chronic illness in a supportive, validating environment.

This group centers your lived experience—whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing symptoms for years. Through guided reflection, gentle discussion, and optional coping tools, you’ll find a space to be heard without needing to explain or justify what you’re going through.

Drop in when you’re able. Rest when you need to. Come as you are.
