Post-Treatment Recovery
Adults 18+ transitioning out of treatment.
Research shows that the first year is critical for addressing risk factors for relapse. Outpatient “aftercare”, such as individual sessions and groups, provide structured, ongoing support that is a vital investment in one’s long-term health and happiness.
According to research, continued care leads to more positive, long-term outcomes in recovery. Benefits of this personalized continued care after treatment include prevention of relapse, support in managing triggers and co-occurring disorders, development of healthy coping skills and life strategies creation of a new support network, providing accountability and structure, social and recovery resources, and assistance in rebuilding a stable, productive, and fulfilling life in recovery.

Led by Inglis Towe (she/her) I operate with an attachment and trauma-informed lens while also utilizing Person-Centered Therapy and Internal Family Systems to explore the roles we play in our dynamics and systems, to better understand and accept the emotions that may come up, and to practice being in the “here and now”. I believe in the importance of community and connection in recovery and healing. Some of the most empowering work can come from getting curious about our personal experiences and reclaiming autonomy to rewrite our own narratives and better align with our values..
