My Story
If your mind never slows down, constantly overthinking, perfectionizing, masking, or carrying the weight of being called “too much,” you’re not alone. You may look high-performing on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted underneath it all.
I help people who are tired of simply surviving. Whether from being stuck in your head or from events that’ve left lingering imprints that feel too dark and twisty, you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and understood. Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and rooted in nervous system healing. I’ll meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and practical tools for meaningful growth.
As a neurodivergent lesbian who grew up in the south, I bring both lived experience and professional training into the therapy space. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Master’s degree in Health and Human Performance from Pittsburg State University. With keen attunement, I integrate mind-body approaches that help guide your personal healing journey.
While my learning is endless, I am currently trained in Brainspotting I & II, trauma-informed yoga, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). My approach blends somatic therapy, relational therapy, and nervous system regulation to help you process emotions safely, reconnect with yourself, and create space to finally exhale.
Spiced with laughter, tears, and everything in between, you are welcomed and affirmed precisely as you are.
When I’m not working, I'm camouflaged in nature, wearing a worn-out flannel, hammocking with my dog, reading with my wife, writing angsty poems, or probably baking while listening to 2000s rock. If I am traveling, y’all know I'm finding more sea critters to tattoo on my arm.
