Find support through clarifying your values, developing skills to set boundaries, practicing mindfulness techniques, and cultivating self-compassion You’ll gain strategies for taking breaks, de-escalating tense interactions, and creating a recovery plan for afterward. This group offers tools to navigate the holiday season with calm and clarity.

Led by Katarina Wittekind (she/her) I received my bachelor’s degree in social work from Warren Wilson College in 2015 and my master’s from Western Carolina University in 2020. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and have almost a decade of experience working with people living with addiction, mental health challenges, and intellectual disabilities.
